Normally lenders ask that you have 15-40% equity into your project and expect you to find equity on your own should you not have it already secured. About Equity

Private equity is capital that is put into your business in return for either a higher interest rate, a share of the profits and/or ownership of part of the business. With equity financing it is expected that the profits will be above average. Typically, a private equity investor, should they require some ownership, does not want permanent ownership of your business. They want a strong exit strategy to leave your business within two to seven years by selling the shares you sold them in your business.

People with vision, self-confidence, drive and energy, with aspirations to grow the business;
A clear team leader and team with complementary expertise, such as management, marketing and finance;
