Project Parameters:

Asset Investment works on projects that fit the following criteria as a focus. Should your project or investment parameters not match what we have below we are still willing to evaluate the viability of us working together to advantage.

Project Size: $5 million to $200 million

Construction/Acquisition Loan: 60% to 85%

Required Equity Capital: $1 million to $58 million

Asset Investment amount: 60% to 100% of Equity

Investment Time Frame: 12 to 60 months

Industries: Real Estate, Technology, Natural Resource (including Potash, Uranium, Oil, Gas, Geothermal, Wind farms), warehousing and production

Project Strategy:

New Development: Build - Lease - Stabilize - Sell/Refinance
Value Added: Acquire - Rehab - Reposition - Sell/Refinance
REIT inquiries
Expansion Capital – 2 years financials showing positive cash flow

Project Returns: 6% to 25% spread depending on levels of risk in project, structure loan to value, return on costs, exit strategy
